Early Childhood Development Educator

Early Childhood Development

I firmly believe that education should adapt to the student, not the other way around. Drawing from my background in Early Childhood Development, my priority is building a genuine connection with each child to uncover exactly how they learn best. I am incredibly passionate about using my skills to help our students grow, thrive, and succeed at their own unique pace.

My mission is to create a safe, predictable, and joy-filled classroom where every student's unique strengths are celebrated. Through patient, strengths-based teaching, I am fully committed to fostering independence, emotional regulation, and communication skills. For me, partnering with families to celebrate every milestone along the way is the absolute most rewarding part of my work.

Children's Specialist

Doctor, Mulago Hospital

As a children's specialist at Mulago Hospital, I am dedicated to the health, development, and wellbeing of every child I serve. I work closely with families to understand each child's unique needs, from everyday growth to more complex developmental concerns. At Tender Steps, I bring that medical expertise into a caring partnership with our educators, so children receive support that looks after both their health and their learning.
